Website Policy

General
1. The website hotel.lavi.co.il is the official website of the Lavi Guest Hotel at the Heart of the Galilee Ltd. (the “Company”).
2. Any user of this website represents that he has read the content of this policy, and that he unequivocally agrees to all its provisions and conditions, and that he and/or anyone on his behalf will not have any claim and/or demand and/or suit, directly and/or indirectly, against the website and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on its behalf and/or the Company.
3. Some of the contents in this website are formulated in the masculine for convenience purposes only, but is intended for both women and men.
4. The user represents that the information presented on the website and/or any part thereof (including the logo, the trademarks (whether registered or not) and the icons placed on the website) is the exclusive property of the Company, that the Company reserves the rights of copyright in the information and/or any part thereof, that he undertakes to use the information on the website for his personal use only, and not to copy, photograph, reproduce, transmit, print or publish the information on the website, whether owned by the Company or whether owned by third parties, and/or parts thereof to any person and/or entity without prior consent in writing by the Company, except for personal non-commercial use of the information.
5. The user undertakes not to make any distortion or other change in the information, or perform any action that may impair the correctness of the information and its reliability or the reputation or name of the company as the owner of the website’s copyrights, or of any other party.
Risks and liability
1. The user hereby represents that he is aware that the use of a website involves various risks, both for reasons of the technology involved and due to human factors operating through the Internet.
2. The user is exclusively and fully responsible for any use he makes and/or will make of the information.
  The information is for the user's personal use only and its use, including any reliance on it, is at the user's sole responsibility. Among other things, the user represents that he is aware that the images displayed on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and that there may be differences between how they are displayed on a computer screen and reality.
3. The information is presented on the website as is and the Company will not be liable for adapting the information to the user's needs and is not liable towards the user due to his inability to use the information for any reason. The user alone bears responsibility for the manner he uses the information.
  The company does everything in its power to ensure that the information is as correct and accurate as possible, however the information does not pretend to be a complete, full or detailed analysis of all subjects detailed therein. The information is general only. The Company will not bear any liability regarding errors in the information presented on the website, both by the Company and by any third party.

The Company will not be liable for any damage, inconvenience, loss, or expense or anguish that may be caused to the user or his property (among other things to the user's hardware and/or software) or to any third party, directly or indirectly, due to the access to the website and the use of its contents.
5. The Company will not be held liable for illegal activity by any user on the website or any other entity that is not under its control.
6. The Company will not be held liable for changes made to the information by the user or by any other third party.
Booking of accommodation
1. General:
  1. The user may use this website solely for the purpose of ordering and purchasing services and/or to obtain information. This website may not be used for other purposes.
  2. Booking a room/accommodation at Kibbutz Lavi hotel ("the Hotel") is possible by calling the hotel's reservation center at 04-67999450 or through this website.
  3. Any person booking a room through this website is required to enter their personal information, including a credit card number.
2. Details of the purchaser of the services
  1. When making a purchase of services through the website and placing a reservation as detailed below, the user will be required to enter his personal information in the system.
  2. The owners of the website and/or any of its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on their behalf are not liable for errors made by the user when entering the purchase details, including errors in choosing the vacation package, date, number of beds and any other property ordered by the buyer through the website, and/or not liable directly and/or indirectly in the event that the purchase details are not recorded in the system and/or for any technical and/or other problem that prevents the buyer from purchasing services through the website. - There shouldn’t be any problem because in any event he should have an reservation confirmation 3.2.3 Entering false purchase details is a criminal offense and legal measures will be taken against people who enter false details, including claims for damages that may be caused to the Company and/or the website and/or its operators and/or any of its owners and/or any of its managers and/or anyone on their behalf.
  3. The Company will refrain from conveying the user's personal details to any third party, unless it is obliged to do so according to an injunction or if it is faced with the threat of legal action (criminal or civil) against it for actions performed by the user on the company's website. In this case, the company may disclose the user's information to the party claiming to have been harmed by the user or in accordance with the provisions of the injunction.
  4. The user represents that he is aware that upon entering the purchase details he will be included in the Company's database. The Company will be entitled to use the purchase details for the purpose of improving the services it offers to the user on the website as well as for contacting the user via regular mail, e-mail and any other means of communication and adapting the website to his personal needs and preferences. The Company will not disclose to other parties, except as stated in section 3.2.3 above, information that may identify the user personally, unless the user so desires.
  5. The user's purchase details will be removed from the Company's database if the user expressly informs the Company in writing that he does not wish to be included in the Company's database.
3. Method of placing an reservation
  1. The user will make a reservation on the website using a credit card for security. The payment will be collected upon arrival at the hotel.
  2. After entering the credit card information, a notification confirming the booking will be sent to the user's email address.
  3. This notification must be printed and brought to the hotel reception desk for confirmation of the reservation. It should be emphasized that the credit card details entered through the website are intended to secure the reservation only, and the credit card will only be charged upon actual arrival at the hotel.
Terms and Conditions
1. The prices provided on the website are in shekels and include VAT as required by law and are intended for Israelis only.
2. Guests will be able to book a room/stay through the website in US dollars as per the current list price, and the sum is calculated based on the exchange rate published on the day of payment by the Bank of Israel.
3. The hotel may change the room booking terms and bundle prices at any time.
4. The Company may change the website's policy from time to time without notifying the user in advance. The Company will publish the new policy on the website and said policy will be in effect as at the date of its publication.
5. The Company may from time to time close the website, amend its structure, content, appearance, scope and availability of the services and content provided therein and any other aspect pertaining to the website and its operation, without notifying the user in advance. The user represents that he will not have any claim and/or suit and/or demand against the Company with regards to this matter.
6. The number of vacancies in the hotel is limited and the booking of a room/accommodation is contingent on availability.
7. The hotel provides no double discounts.
8. The guest's stay at the hotel will begin on the day of arrival at the hotel at 15:00 until 11:00 on the day of departure. Early arrival at the hotel and/or late departure from the hotel, as stated above, is subject to the prior approval of the hotel management and incurs an additional payment at the discretion of the hotel.
9. Baby – a person up to two years old. Child – a person up to 12 years old.
10. Booking a room/accommodation at the hotel is only possible for adults over the age of 18.
11. Accommodating children and youth under the age of 18 will only be possible when accompanied by an adult over the age of 21.
12. The images displayed on the website are for illustration purposes only and do not bind the hotel.
13. Errors and omissions excepted.
14. This agreement will be exclusively governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all matters relating to this agreement and the use of the website is in the competent courts of the North District.
Changing or canceling an reservation
1. Change/cancellation fees during a normal period that is not the high holidays and peak season
  1. Changing/cancelling a reservation up to 3 business days before the arrival date - free of charge.
  2. Changing/cancelling a reservation after that – will be charged the rate of one night on the basis of bed and breakfast.
2. Change/cancellation fees during holidays and peak season
  1. During Israeli holidays and the peak of the season, with the exception of Passover - change/cancellation of a reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date - free of charge.
  2. Changing/cancelling a reservation after that - will be charged the rate of one night on the basis of bed and breakfast.
