Change/cancellation fees during a normal period that is not the high holidays and peak season
- Changing/cancelling a reservation up to 3 business days before the arrival date - free of charge.
- Changing/cancelling a reservation after that – will be charged the rate of one night on the basis of bed and breakfast.

- During Israeli holidays and the peak of the season, with the exception of Passover - change/cancellation of a reservation up to 14 days before the arrival date - free of charge.
- Changing/cancelling a reservation after that - will be charged the rate of one night on the basis of bed and breakfast.
